Four 54 Grill was a popular burger joint until 2012 when Ron Haws bought, renamed, and completely changed the menu and the ingredients. The restaurant went from frozen to completely fresh top shelf meats and cheeses. Lee Menkes and Kimberly Griffith bought the Four54 Grill and upgraded the equiptment, the decor, expanded the menu, and added outdoor seating. The response to the food has been overwhelmingly positive. Our customers have told us that we have the best food in Lancaster! We hope to see you soon.

We specialize in fresh, not frozen food, which is replenished twice a week using as many local vendors & growers as possible. Every meal at the Four54 Grill is meticulously crafted from the finest meats & cheeses & most of the sauces & specialty condiments are of our own creation. Originally known for our fresh Angus burgers, our patrons quickly found our fresh, charbroiled chicken breast, specialty sandwiches, cheese steaks & handmade artisan pizzas all to be culinary delights. We are not what you would consider fast food at the Four54 Grill….however, we are consistently ranked among the best burgers in Pennsylvania.
